ORDERS

1. How do I place my order?
- Simply send us your order, using the Order Format provided, to jmamababy@gmail.com
- We will then send you an order confirmation, together with details on how to make payment.
- Pls email us a copy of your payment receipt, name and mailing address after payment is made.
- We will send out your order the next working day after full payment is received


2. How soon do I need to make a payment after my order is confirmed?
- As we process our orders on a first come first serve basis, we'd appreciate if you could make payment asap after your order is confirmed.

3. Can I cancel my order?
-Yes, you can inform us through email if you'd like to cancel your order.
However, kindly be informed that we do not accept cancellations after payment is received.


PAYMENT

1. How do I make a payment?
- For Singapore buyers, you can make a payment through interbank transfer.
1) POSB / DBS - Immediate Transfer
2) UOB - Immediate Transfer
3) Standard Chartered - Immediate Transfer
4) Other banks - approx. 3 working days for payment to get through (no service charges)

- For International buyers, we accept
1) Paypal
If you do not have a Paypal account, you can set-up one at  http://paypal.com/ at no cost.
2)  Remittance thru Western Union

2. Which currency do you accept?
- For interbank transfer, transactions will be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- For Paypal, we accept Singapore Dollars (SGD), US Dollars (USD) or Euro.


3. Will I be notified after you receive the payment for my order?
Yes, we will notify you of the receipt of payment, together with the shipping details through email.



SHIPPING

1. What are the shipping options?
- For shipment to Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei & Indonesia, we use Singapore Post http://www.singpost.com/
 - For shipment to other countries, we use Japan Post  http://www.post.japanpost.jp/


2. How long will it take to receive my orders?
- For Singapore: approx. 2-3 working days (For Local Courier Service: next day)
- For Overseas : depends on the country you reside in (we will give you full details after payment is received)

3. How soon do you send out my order?
We will send out your order the next working day after full payment is received, unless items are out of stock. In this case, you can choose to wait or cancel your order. Full refund will be given if order is cancelled.

RETURN / EXCHANGE

1. Can I ask for a refund if I do not like the item?
As a reseller, we are not responsible for any dissatisfactions of the quality of the product.

Before sending out our orders, we will make sure that the items are at their best condition, therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer any refund / exchange for items sold.



2. What should I do if the item is damaged during shipment?
As we will not be liable of damaged / lost packages, we highly recommend Registered Post or Local Courier Delivery to safeguard your order.
